With this in mind, the top management recruited the services of Luke Desira, an independent ISO Consultant based in Malta. Having an external point of view was critical for Volatila Ltd to analytically assess the performance of current systems. During the ISO Implementation process, the company had the opportunity to review all its company policies, quality control procedures, and other supporting systems to ensure a consistent, top level quality service is rendered to our esteemed clients.
Quality has always been one of the central pillars for Volatila Ltd. And yet now, with the attainment of this Quality Certification, we feel that our efforts have been recognized. The company activities were also audited by a 3rd party certification body to guarantee compliance to International Standards of Quality.
